Coming to NYC in 1980 to follow her dreams as a performer, Judy Graham has lived through many of NYC's ups and downs however having watched the deterioration of the last few years, and now with the Covid pandemic, has made her take action and run for NYS Assemblywoman for the Upper Eastside, District 73. We talked to Judy at length about her views and how she would handle the surge in crime, homelessness, the financial destruction of small businesses and the fleeing of NYC residents because conditions are unlivable.
