We were so happy to talk to children's book author of Anna Prokos, whose books include "Babouloa Baby", "The Lucky Cake", "The Lucky Egg" and new release in the Lucky series "The Lucky Day". Writing stories since she was a child, we learned about Anna's career working in publishing and for Sesame Street, all while managing to be a wife and mother to four boys. A true example of the multi-tasking ability Greek women are known for, she also shared her family's decision to move from New Jersey to North Carolina, which has become quite a popular life event in the last several years.
