We could not be happier to have on the podcast another one of our favorite people, Stand-up Comedian and Radio Talk Show Host Maureen Langan. Intelligent, talented and beautiful, Maureen has performed on Broadway with Rosie O’Donnell and has opened for Steven Wright, Dennis Miller, Joy Behar and Gladys Knight and at festivals in Canada, South Africa, Switzerland, Ireland and the UK. She’s been featured on HBO, Gotham Live, Comics Unleashed, CBS, and HLN. As a broadcast journalist, Maureen reported for PBS and created and hosted Bloomberg TV & Radio’s entertainment programming. Her current show "Hanging with Langan" can be heard Sunday nights from 7-10pmPST on KGO, San Francisco’s premiere radio station. Her one woman show DAUGHTER OF A GARBAGEMAN is a tale of her 1970’s upbringing in New Jersey, in which her Irish mother and Bronx-born father, a New York City sanitation worker, told her to work hard, get educated and life would reward her and Maureen's storytelling proves otherwise.
